Impossibly Easy Peach Pie

4 medium peaches peeled and sliced (3 cups) or 2 cans (16oz each) sliced peaches, well drained

1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 Tablespoon Margarine or butter, softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs

Streusel Topping

1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoons Firm margarine or butter

For Streusel topping, mix Bisquick, nuts and brown sugar. Cut in margarine, using pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Spread peaches in the pie plate.

In a bowl, mix together the bisquick, sugar, milk, margarine, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs until blended. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with the topping.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
